But on 1 October 1955 , in pursuance of clause 3 of Art . 98 , Lok Sabha Secretariat -LRB- Recruitment and Conditions of Service -RRB- Rules , 1955 , were framed and promulgated by the President in consultation with the Speaker . परंतु पहली अक्तूबर , 1955 को अनुच्छेद 98 के खंड 3 के अनुसरण में , राष्ट्रपति द्वारा अध्यक्ष के परामर्श से लोक सभा सचिवालय ( भर्ती तथा सेवा शर्तें ) नियम 1955 बनाये गये थे और प्रख्यापित किये गये थे .
